Nutritional Consultations

Initial Consultation & Wellness Plan | 2 sessions 1.5 - 2 hours 

Nutritional Consultations are one-on-one consultations designed to get to know you, your health history, eating habits, work, lifestyle and most importantly, your health goals.  It's a comprehensive intake, including iridology analysis, of everything that makes up your health.  The initial consultation is 1.5 to 2 hours.  For your second visit, you will receive a custom comprehensive nutrition and wellness package outlining health history, symptomatology evaluation, iris analysis results, beneficial foods specific to your biochemistry, delicious recipes, lifestyle solutions, essential supplements and a list of resources. This service includes two visits.

Follow-up Visit  | 1 hour

We love to see you and keep you motivated with your health goals!  We recommend a follow-up visit every 4 to 6 weeks within the first six months to monitor your progress with your nutrition and wellness plan.  Depending upon your progress, we can make changes or modifications to ensure you achieve your health goals.

Culinary Nutrition Workshops

Learn with goodness and delicious food! Culinary nutrition workshops - cooking classes and workshops designed using each ingredient with purpose for optimal health, are a great way to get a group of friends, co-workers and like-minded individuals together for interactive learning sessions.  Several topics for workshops are available, or we can cater to your group and provide holistic nutritional information and lifestyle solutions.  

Workshop rates vary based on number of guests in your group, materials, supplies, and location. 

Clinical Iridology

Iridology Analysis & Wellness Report | 2 sessions 45 minutes

Iris analysis (Iridology) is the science and practice of assessing inflammation, where it is located on the body and in what state it is manifesting on a cellular level, indicating tissue health.  The iris reveals bodily conditions, inherent weaknesses, levels of health, and the transition that takes place in your body according to the way you live. 

How does the Iris represent all this?  Contained within the iris are over 28,000 nerve filaments called trabeculae.  They receive messages from virtually every nerve in the human body via connections through the optic nerve, optic thalami, and spinal cord.   Also, microscopic muscle fibers and tiny blood vessels are within the eye. 

By analyzing the markings, discolorations, textures and other iris manifestations, your overall health level can be examined.

The first iridology visit is a 45-minute Iris assessment.  This service includes both right eye and left eye iris analysis and a photo of each eye taken with an iriscope for further examination.  During the second visit, you will receive a detail iris analysis report, photo of each eye and a list of recommended beneficial foods, supplements, herbs and holistic lifestyle solutions, to support your health concerns.  Iris Analysis is also included in the Nutrition Consultation service.

Corporate Workshops & Health Talks

Our Corporate Boost Lunch ‘n’ Learns are a great way show your team you care about their health and wellness. Corporate Boost Lunch ‘n’ Learns are events designed with your time in mind and maximizing learning in a group environment.  We offer several different types of corporate events including seminars, workshops and food demos.  Events can range anywhere from 30 minutes up to 2 hours.

Rates vary based on group size, type of event, food, materials, supplies, resources, location and time.
