Service Description

Initial Nutritional Consultations are one-on-one consultations designed to get to know you, your health history, eating habits, work, lifestyle and most importantly, your health goals. It's a comprehensive health intake, designed to check for nutritional deficiencies, review of symptoms, metabolic imbalances, exposure to toxins, and also includes Iridology analysis. The initial consultation is 1.5 to 2 hours. This appointment is followed by the Nutrition & Wellness Plan Consultation where you receive your personalized nutrition and wellness plan.
