Dreaming of a Pina Colada Smoothie!
Pina Coladas always take me back to my holidays in Playa del Carmen, Mexico! This time I'm making one of my favourites sans alcohol! Rich in enzymes, vitamin B6, omega 3, fiber, protein, vitamin C and B vitamins. Every sip will help to boost your energy levels, increase digestive enzymes, relieve bloating and gas, make your skin look luscious and improve your immune system. Celebrate the long hot summer days with this delicious Pina Colada Smoothie!
1 Banana, chopped
1 cup coconut milk, organic
1 cup pineapple, chopped
2 tbsp ground chia/flax seeds
1 lime, freshly squeezed
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Makes 2 cups.
